How to use the Portal

 

The Access Business Group Supplier Portal for Europe is a dedicated supplier website designed to provide up-to-date requirements, guidelines and business intelligence reporting in one central location.

 

We require compliance to all requirements and guidelines found on this portal.  It is your responsibility, as our supplier, to understand and adhere to these requiremements.  Please ensure you regularly visit the portal for the latest information.

 

 

Navigating Around the Portal

 

  • Menu on left of page remains constant to enable easy access around the Portal. The menu is divided into sections, clicking on a sub-heading leads you to more detailed information within that section.
  • Menu on right of page is the Login to Supplier Analytics
  • Clicking on the Europe link on the top navigation bar takes you back to WELCOME page
  • Right of page above the Login box, quick navigation to SUPPLIER ALTICOR, takes you to login page

 

Overview of Sections

 

  • Welcome section shares the latest news and announcements
  • Introduction section gives brief overview on each of the Alticor Family Group of Companies with web-links for obtaining further information.
  • General section covers How to use the Portal, Introduction to European Strategic Procurement (ESP) and How to Contact Us
  • Business Requirments section covers information that is generic for different product types including information on purchase orders, shipping and accounts payable.
  • Specific Business Requirements section covers specific information per product type.  Please contact your ESP Buyer if you are unsure which specific requirements are applicable to you.  Specific Business Requirements covers information on sampling, labelling, lotcodes, quality, Technical and Regulatory requirements by product type.
  • Supply Management section gives further information on Supplier Analytics and Supplier Segmentation.
