Supply Management Overview

 

The goal of Amway’s Supply Management Program is to drive continuous improvement throughout the supply chain. We aim to do this by aligning our business goals with our sourcing strategies, evaluating and segmenting our suppliers, developing strong relationships with key suppliers, recognizing high performing suppliers, and executing the strategy to drive business excellence through innovation and efficiency in all areas of the enterprise.

 

All suppliers are expected to actively participate in the Supply Management Program, including efforts to reduce the total cost of ownership and optimize supply chain efficiency.
