Shipping

To ensure on-time delivery and supply chain excellence, suppliers are expected to fully understand our shipping requirements.

This section outlines and details shipping instructions and documentation requirements.

Pallet Size


Preferred (length and width) and max 120*100cm (standard block-pallet-size). Other option would be 120*80cm (but we do not support exchange-program)


Height for storage is max 150cm.​​

Master Shipper Size

For Literature –

Box has to be a corrugated box, layout FEFCO 201, other types are no longer accepted. The maximum dimensions are:

Max Width: 250 mm

Max Height: 250 mm

Max Depth: 400 mm

Perforation on front and back-side, 50 mm off the side and 60 mm from bottom (rounded)

Maximum weight is 20 kg’s.

For Finished Goods

All product shall be individually packaged. Any individual box which will not fit into the Amway carton of 45 cm x 25 cm x 30 cm will be required to be supplied in a shipping carton constructed in such a manner as to prevent damage to the product during transit and handling.

Any product box that exceeds this maximum weight or has box dimensions that will not fit into the Amway carton of 45 cm x 25 cm x 30 cm should be advised to the relevant Buyer immediately, who will gain guidance from the European Regional Service Centre.

Supply Chain Security

Access Business Group Venlo

Effective January 22 2010 Access Business Group in Venlo, The Netherlands has been granted the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certificate in the European Union. As an Authorized Economic Operator, ABG will be required to make periodic assessment of its international supply chain based upon AEO security criteria.

ABG encourages supplier to take such reasonable measures as may be necessary to cooperate with ABG supply chain security assessments and to ensure that pertinent security measures are in place and adhered to throughout supplier’s supply chain.

Suppliers are required to follow the supply chain security requirements for all goods that are shipped to ABG in Venlo, The Netherlands and need to complete below ‘AEO Business Partner Form’.

Access Business Group Ada

Access Business Group in Ada, USA is a member of the Customs Trade Partnership against Terrorism (C-TPAT). For goods that originate outside of the United States, suppliers are required to follow the supply chain security requirements of U.S. Customs and Border Protection for all goods that are sold to ABG and shipped to ABG in Ada, USA.

These requirements are located on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website.

Access Business Group operates on preferential Incoterms 2010; please refer below for further information.

FCA – Free Carrier

The supplier clears goods for export and these are made available for ABG’s specified carrier at the agreed named place to collect. The supplier is responsible for loading of goods onto the transport vehicle.

DDP – Delivery Duty Paid

The supplier clears goods for export and delivers directly to ABG warehouse. Supplier is fully responsible for delivery of goods.

Free On Board

The supplier clears goods for export and is responsible for delivery of goods to the named port of shipment. Supplier is fully responsible for costs of delivery to the named port.
