Performance Metrics

Amway holds suppliers accountable to maintain or exceed performance requirements that have significant impact on our supply chain operations. Amway works with its suppliers to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and is focused on partnering with those who are aligned with our business goals. Amway believes that measuring and reporting performance in strategic areas will help drive continuous improvement throughout the entire supply chain. Active participation by suppliers in this process is expected.

Suppliers are measured on the following quantitative metrics:

  • Right First Time – Quality​​
  • Supply C​​​hain On-Time (SCOT) – Delivery
