Urgent Supplier/Vendor Recall Notification:
Supplier/Vendor urgent Quality Issue Notifications are intended for Global Amway/Nutrilite Quality Assurance to take immediate action on raw materials/components/nutrition that are being transported or have been delivered to the Amway/Nutrilite Global Manufacturing Sites in USA, China, India and Vietnam. Examples include but are not limited to Microbiology, Drug Active Potency Values, Identity, Damaged components and adulterated materials that have not been previously communicated to or confirmed by Global Amway/Nutrilite Quality Assurance.
This urgent email notification is intended for critical supplier quality raw materials/components/nutrition recalls and will be sent to the Global Amway/Nutrilite QA-Supplier Quality Development Engineers for immediate action and confirmation.

1 Requirements
1.1 When to Provide a C of A
A non-historical C of A is required for each and every unique lot received at any ABG-US facility
1.2 How to Provide a C of A
The C of A must be provided in 2 ways, for each and every unique lot received at any ABG-US facility
#1 of 2 Physically attach to the subject shipment, sent with the shipping documents
(preferably grouped with the Bill of Lading and Packing List)
#2 of 2 Electronically send to one (of the following two) addresses prior to shipment
